Job Title: Key Account Manager
Location: Mumbai
Eligibility Criteria:
- MBA in Marketing from a reputed institute
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales within the FMCG industry
- Hands-on experience in managing Quick Commerce accounts (e.g., Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.)
- Age: Below 35 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow Quick Commerce accounts across the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including buyers, category managers, and store teams.
- Own and deliver Top Line Sales targets for assigned accounts.
- Drive sales growth through effective negotiations on promotions, visibility, and assortment.
- Ensure optimal product placement, shelf visibility, and in-app presence.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all Quick Commerce partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms and agreements to create win-win partnerships.
- Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth within accounts.
