Key Responsibilities:.

- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

- Sales Strategy: Implement and execute sales strategies tailored to marketplace platforms to achieve revenue targets.

- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on account performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:.

- Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- 3-4 years of experience in key account management within the FMCG sector, with a focus on skincare, personal care, or cosmetic care.

- Proven experience in managing accounts on marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, etc.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
