Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager - Flipkart to manage end-to-end growth, P&L ownership, and operations of the Flipkart marketplace. The role demands strong analytical skills, platform expertise, and the ability to drive scale through strategic execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Strategy:
- Own and drive end-to-end business growth on Flipkart
- Develop and execute annual & monthly growth plans aligned with revenue and profitability goals
- Identify opportunities for assortment expansion, pricing optimization, and traffic growth
- Monitor competition, market trends, and category performance
P&L Ownership:
- Take complete ownership of P&L for Flipkart business
- Manage margins, discounts, promotions, and cost optimization
- Forecast sales, budgets, and contribution margins
- Ensure profitable growth while scaling revenue
Performance Marketing & Visibility:
- Plan and execute Flipkart Ads (PLA, Display, Brand Ads)
- Optimize ROAS, CPC, conversions, and campaign performance
- Manage platform events, sales days, and brand-led promotions
Operations Management:
- Oversee cataloging, listing hygiene, content optimization, and SEO
- Ensure inventory planning, replenishment, and fill-rate optimization
- Coordinate with supply chain to avoid stock-outs and overstocking
- Handle returns, cancellations, and operational metrics
Stakeholder & Platform Management:
- Act as the single point of contact with Flipkart category managers
- Drive better visibility through campaign participation and negotiations
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, finance, SCM, design)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of experience managing Flipkart marketplace
- Strong understanding of Flipkart Ads, pricing, promotions & analytics
- Proven experience handling P&L and revenue ownership
- Hands-on experience in operations, cataloging, and inventory planning
- Data-driven mindset with strong Excel & reporting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
