Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager - E-commerce & Quick Commerce to drive growth across online marketplaces and Q-commerce platforms. The role will focus on managing key platform relationships, driving visibility, optimizing profitability, and scaling digital presence across leading E-commerce and Quick Commerce players. This is an opportunity for a high-energy, data-driven professional to contribute to a fast-growing omnichannel business. Key Responsibilities: E-commerce (Marketplaces): - Manage end-to-end business across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, etc. - Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share within assigned accounts - Plan and execute platform-led campaigns (sale events, seasonal promotions, category activations) - Optimize digital shelf visibility including SEO, content, images, A+ content, and ratings - Monitor KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, repeat purchase, basket size, and rankings - Ensure stock availability at fulfillment centers in coordination with supply chain - Track claims, reconciliations, marketing spends, and ROI on platform investments - Collaborate with marketing for performance campaigns and sponsored ads Quick Commerce (Q-commerce Platforms) - Manage relationships with Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart and similar platforms - Drive assortment expansion and high availability across dark stores - Optimize city-level SKU strategy based on demand patterns - Negotiate visibility spends, banner placements, and campaign participation - Monitor fill rates, stock rotation, and supply SLAs - Drive new product listings and trial generation through Q-commerce Candidate Profile: - 3-8 years of experience in FMCG, preferably handling E-commerce or Modern Trade accounts - Hands-on experience managing marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, or Q-commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart - Strong understanding of marketplace commercials, pricing strategy, trade spends, and ROI tracking - Analytical mindset with ability to interpret dashboards and platform analytics - Experience in campaign planning and performance marketing coordination - Strong negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder coordination skills - Ability to manage cross-functional alignment with marketing, finance, and supply chain - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
