We are looking one candidate for "KAM-Ecommerce" with one of our clients into processed Foods/Beverages
- Developing and implementing sales strategies: This includes creating Joint Business Plans, setting sales targets, and developing promotional strategies to drive sales.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key customers: KAMs foster strong relationships with e-commerce partners, understanding their needs and objectives.
- Managing e-commerce operations: This includes managing product listings, inventory, pricing, and ensuring smooth daily operations on e-commerce platforms.
- Analyzing data and providing insights: KAMs analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide insights to improve performance and optimize strategies.
- Monitoring and evaluating performance: They track key metrics, monitor competitor activity, and provide reports on progress and forecasting.
- Collaborating with internal teams: KAMs work closely with marketing, merchandising, supply chain, and other teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of plans.
- Identifying and pursuing new opportunities: They actively seek new growth opportunities in the e-commerce space, such as partnerships and new product launches.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues: KAMs address any operational issues or customer complaints promptly.
