Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly driven Key Account Manager - Amazon who will own the end-to-end growth and P&L of the Amazon channel. This role requires someone who understands marketplace dynamics deeply, can drive revenue scale, optimize margins, and manage operations seamlessly. The ideal candidate should be analytical, growth-focused, and comfortable managing both strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Channel Growth & Revenue Ownership:

- Drive overall revenue growth for Amazon marketplace

- Plan and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual growth strategies

- Identify growth levers across pricing, assortment, packs, and promotions

- Own demand planning in alignment with sales targets

End-to-End P&L Management:

- Own complete channel P&L including topline, contribution margins, and profitability

- Optimize ad spends (AMS), TACOS, ACoS to improve ROI

- Monitor trade spends, discounting strategy, and net realization

- Ensure achievement of revenue and margin targets

Marketplace Operations:

- Manage listings, catalog hygiene, A+ content, and SEO optimization

- Coordinate with supply chain for stock planning and replenishment

- Ensure high in-stock availability and minimize OOS losses

- Manage Amazon programs like FBA, Prime, Deals, etc.

Performance Marketing & Visibility:

- Plan and optimize Amazon Ads campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display)

- Improve keyword ranking, search visibility, and conversion rates

- Track campaign metrics and optimize for efficiency
