Job Description:

- We are looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and grow our partnerships with major e-commerce (like Amazon, Flipkart), quick commerce (like Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket) and our D2C platforms. The KAM will be responsible for driving revenue, optimizing brand visibility, ensuring operational efficiency, and building long-term strategic relationships with our online channel partners.

- Prior experience managing quick commerce platforms is a must.

- Strong understanding of online retail metrics, e-commerce advertising, and digital tools.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics tools


Key Competencies Required:


- E-commerce exposure - Prior experience with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, or quick commerce like Zepto, Instamart

- Account ownership - Proven ownership of revenue targets, JBP planning, or high-growth categories

- Analytical mindset - Ability to work with dashboards, draw insights, and implement data-driven decisions

- Cross-functional collaboration - Experience working across sales, marketing, supply chain, and content teams

- Campaign execution Knowledge of advertising tools, promotions, and platform campaigns (e.g., Amazon Prime Day, Blinkit Festive Sale)

- Agility & Speed - Especially for Q-commerce ability to respond quickly to fast-paced changes

- P&L understanding - Comfort in handling budgets, margins, and cost structures for online platforms
