Roles & Responsibility : Proven track record of launching and building brands on e-commerce channels ( like amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, myntra, etc), team leader managing a PnL of 200+cr scale Key roles and responsibilities : 1 Own PnL for multiple Ecommerce Marketplaces - Secondary offtakes, primaries, promotions, marketing visibility, and operations. 2 Devise and implement E-commerce strategy 3 Lead team of 5+ Business managers/KAMs to build long-term relationships with Ecommerce channels to drive Joint business plans 4 Own the customer experience for brands on all online channels Educational/ Experience requirements: - 4-12 yr relevant work experience in Brands ( Ecommerce for CPG/FMCG industries ) and/or category management for online marketplaces Compensation budget: Up to 35LPA
