Key Account Manager - Myntra channel
Description:
GOAT Brand Labs is hiring a dynamic candidate focused on driving profitability, growth, and relationship management for womens fashion brands (The Label Life, Yuris) in Myntra.
Key Responsibilities:- Own and manage the P&L for the brand in Myntra channel, ensuring defined targets and margins are consistently achieved & exceeded
- Develop strategic account plans, negotiate contracts, and nurture long-term relationships with marketplace contacts for business growth
- Coordinate closely with merchandising, marketing, logistics teams to optimize assortment, inventory, and promotional strategies.
- Implement data-driven business development initiatives for new product launches, improved catalogue optimization, and enhanced brand visibility
- Continuously analyse competitive landscape, customer needs, and market trends to identify expansion opportunities and risk areas
- Ensure positive customer experience while delivering operational excellence and process improvements.
What you should have:- Bachelors or masters degree in business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 5-6 years of experience with at least 2 years of experience in account management working in Myntra or working as Myntra-focussed KAM role
- Excellent interpersonal skills - having connects with category teams in Myntra, preferably women (western/ethnic wear)
- Ability to independently handled pricing, P&L of a category/brand
- Expertise in data analysis, Myntra portal & related marketplace operations.
