Zydus Wellness is the owner of class leading brands like Sugar free, Nutralite, Complan, Nycile, Everyuth Naturals, and Glucon D. NIPL manufactures Rite Bite Max Protein and Rite Bite snacks, and was acquired by Zydus Wellness in 2024.

Role Key Account Manager eCommerce
Reporting Business Head eCommerce
Location Goregaon, Mumbai
Purpose of the Role: The position will be based out of HO, Mumbai where the person will be responsible for Key Accounts in E-Commerce Accounts. Building a sustainable and profitable business with all assigned accounts will be critical role with driving efficiencies in business ops, maintaining healthy business relationship with all accounts, keeping close watch on competition and category movement, managing growth across multiple product categories, team working.
Key Accountabilities:
Overall, Sales:
- To achieve monthly, quarterly and annual business targets for his/her Key Accounts.
- Building long-term sustainable relationships with strategic account partners and negotiating favorable terms of trade with them.
- Formulating effective sales policies and procedures specific to the ecommerce customers.
- Prepare Joint business plans (JBP) of each chain and implement the same for business growth.
- Map competition in market and their strategy on activities and products; develop and implement actions accordingly down the line.
Promotions and activations:
- Design and manage a calendar of activations and activities with the Accounts to drive sales.
- Ensure and adhere to promotional compliance.
- Work with brand teams to align product offers and promotions from time to time in line with brand guidelines.
- Plan, develop and manage exclusive range and styles specific to the Account.
- Work closely with the portals on new product launch plans.
Data Analytics & Visibility:
- Monitoring the weekly, daily, and seasonal, and/or one-time reports.
- Maintain &Analyzing sales and expense reports to improve margin, revenue, and processes.
- Prepare the annual marketing calendar for respective accounts.
- Monitoring and Governing digital shelf on account & analytics compliance to maintain business hygiene.
- Govern and maintain visibility compliance
- Ensure Search and Cataloguing hygiene
Cataloguing and Portfolio:
- Ensuring a perfect online Launch & Focus SKUs to grow market share.
- Ensure timely new launches through various e Commerce channels.
- Conceptualize content for the new launches.
- Ensure achievement of new launch and focus SKU targets for specific set of accounts.
Supply Chain:
- Demand Planning Coordination with Customers & SCM Team.
- Forecast along with the vendors and the e-commerce portal on the increase in traffic during the promotions.
- Monitor and maintain in-stock compliance for the key account.
- Overseeing product catalogue, on-orders, initial shipping and receiving product tracking, and following up on all problems on a timely basis.
- Achievement of the fill rate target to ensure optimum availability to customers.
- Working with Supply Chain SPOCs to get the best fill rate.
Finance:
- Ensuring overall collections/outstandings are in line with monthly collections targets coordinating with internal finance team on collection reports and intervene wherever team is stuck in collecting the payments.
- All Debit notes, marketing spend, and other expenses are booked, and mapped to the total cost to serve at a monthly level to maintain the accounts overall CTS in assigned financial framework.
Key Deliverables:
- Account Management & Growth: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key e-commerce partners, negotiate contracts, and drive sales growth.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure excellent customer service by addressing needs and exceeding client expectations.
- Market & Performance Analysis: Analyze market trends and monitor account performance, including KPIs and ROI of promotional activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs and ensure efficient product delivery.
- Strategic Planning & New Business Development: Create and execute strategies for product launches and digital marketing campaigns, and identify opportunities for account growth and new business.

- Internal Stakeholders: HR, Finance, Quality Control, Supply Chain Management, Maintenance, IT
- External stakeholders: E-commerce Partners and Clients, Vendors and Suppliers, Third-Party Logistics Providers.
