Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Manage and grow relationships with key sellers/vendors on Amazon/Flipkart, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying new sales opportunities, promoting platform features, and optimizing seller performance.
- Seller Support: Provide strategic guidance, training, and support to sellers on platform policies, product listings, and performance optimization.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze seller performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted strategies to enhance sales and growth.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure sellers comply with platform policies, guidelines, and regulations.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve seller issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in key account management, sales, or a related field, preferably in e-commerce.
- E-commerce Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Amazon/Flipkart or other E-commerce platforms, policies, and best practices.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.
