About Role:

- The selected candidate will be responsible for managing client and seller relationships within an e-commerce environment.


- This includes understanding and analyzing seller performance data, providing actionable insights to improve business outcomes, and handling day-to-day operations involving sales and customer engagement.

- The candidate must possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a good understanding of e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in client round of interviews and represent skills confidently.

- Assist sellers and clients with onboarding, product listing, and order processing on e-commerce platforms.

- Analyze seller performance data using tools like VLOOKUP and Pivot Table to identify trends and improvement areas.

- Support in driving sales by identifying key sellers/clients to focus on based on business growth potential.

- Handle customer and client relationships professionally to ensure high satisfaction and retention.

- Solve scenario-based queries such as determining which sellers need more attention for business development.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve seller/client issues and escalate when needed.

- Prepare and maintain well-structured reports and dashboards using MS Excel.

- Provide feedback on seller performance and suggest strategies for improvement.
