We are currently hiring for a Key Account Manager - E-Grocery for one of our clients - a fast-growing D2C enablement agency backed by a well-established consumer group (known for leading brands in India's FMCG/personal care space).
Location: Delhi NCR.
About the Role:
In this role, you will own and grow the brand's business across leading e-grocery and quick commerce platforms. You will be responsible for driving revenue, improving profitability, ensuring strong brand presence, and managing day-to-day business performance in collaboration with internal and platform partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow business on platforms like Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Amazon Fresh & Flipkart Supermart
- Drive account-level P&L - ensuring revenue growth with healthy margins
- Build & execute promo, pricing, and visibility strategies aligned with business goals
- Conduct platform performance analysis, identify gaps and opportunities, and implement action plans
- Ensure high fill rates and stock availability across distribution nodes
- Lead business reviews and negotiate visibility and commercial terms with category teams
What We're Looking For:
- 2-7 years of experience handling Quick Commerce / E-Grocery business
- Prior exposure to FMCG or Food & Beverage category preferred
- Strong commercial acumen: revenue + margin management
