Job Title: Key Account Manager Corporate Sales (B2B2C)


Experience: 4 to 8 years (B2B2C / Institutional Sales mandatory)


Education: Any Graduate


Location: Gurgaon


Role Overview:


This is a strategic, high-impact role responsible for leading the regional charter of the Corporate B2B2C business. The role involves acquiring, managing, and scaling key corporate partnerships to distribute financial wellness and investment solutions across large employee bases.


You will work closely with senior stakeholders across HR, Rewards, Finance, and Admin functions, acting as a trusted advisor to help organizations deliver meaningful wealth and investment benefits to their employees. Beyond acquisition, the role requires driving deep employee adoption through structured engagement programs, awareness initiatives, and sustained usage.


This position demands strong enterprise sales capabilities, consultative selling skills, and complete ownership of the account lifecyclefrom prospecting and closure to onboarding, engagement, and revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:


Corporate Acquisition & Onboarding:


- Identify, prospect, and onboard new corporate accounts.


- Position the companys financial wellness and investment solutions as part of employee benefit programs.


- Establish strong entry points with HR, Rewards, Finance, and Admin stakeholders.


Strategic Account Management:


- Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned corporate accounts.


- Design and execute long-term engagement and growth plans for each client.


- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.


Employee Engagement & Activation:


- Partner with marketing and product teams to design employee engagement initiatives.


- Conduct in-person workshops, virtual webinars, and financial wellness sessions.


- Monitor adoption, activation, and usage metrics and drive continuous improvement.


Revenue & Growth Ownership:


- Own revenue and product usage targets across corporate accounts.


- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing clients.


- Drive retention and ensure sustained value delivery over the long term.


Candidate Profile:


- Strong experience in B2B2C or institutional sales with large organizations.


- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex enterprise environments.


- Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.


- Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and execution focus.


- Prior exposure to financial products (investments, insurance, lending, or wellness platforms) is preferred.
