About the Role:

This is a high-impact, strategic role leading the regional charter for the Corporate B2B2C business. As a Key Account Manager Corporate Sales, you will drive acquisition and growth of large corporate partnerships, enabling organizations to offer wealth and investment solutions as part of their employee benefits programs.

You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across HR, Rewards, Finance, and Administration, owning relationships end-to-endfrom prospecting and deal closure to onboarding, employee engagement, and sustained product adoption. The role demands strong consultative selling capabilities, enterprise relationship management, and cross-functional leadership to deliver scalable employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Corporate Acquisition & Onboarding

- Identify, prospect, and onboard new corporate accounts across the region

- Position the companys financial wellness and investment solutions as a core employee benefit

- Establish strong entry points with HR, Rewards, Finance, and Admin leadership

- Drive large-ticket enterprise deal closures with a long-term partnership mindset

2. Strategic Account Management

- Serve as the single point of contact for assigned corporate clients

- Build and execute customized, long-term engagement and growth plans for each account

- Maintain high client satisfaction through proactive relationship management

- Drive renewals, repeat engagements, and referrals

3. Employee Engagement & Product Activation

- Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to design high-impact engagement campaigns

- Conduct in-person sessions, virtual webinars, and financial wellness workshops for employees

- Drive awareness, onboarding, and sustained usage of products

- Track adoption, activation, and engagement metrics; optimize strategies to improve outcomes

4. Revenue & Growth Ownership

- Own revenue, usage, and growth targets for assigned corporate accounts

- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing partnerships

- Drive retention by ensuring continuous value delivery and measurable ROI for clients

Requirements:

- 4 to 8 years of experience in B2B2C / institutional / enterprise sales or key account management

- Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders within large organizations

- Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Self-starter with a growth mindset, high ownership, and execution focus

- Prior exposure to financial products such as investments, insurance, lending, or financial wellness is strongly preferred
