Role Overview:

As a Key Account Manager Corporate Sales, you will lead the regional charter for the companys Corporate B2B2C business. This strategic role focuses on acquiring, managing, and growing key corporate partnerships to distribute financial wellness solutions at scale to employee bases.

You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders in HR, Finance, and Rewards functionshelping organizations integrate impactful investment and wealth benefits for their employees. The role combines strategic relationship building, consultative selling, and revenue ownership to drive adoption, engagement, and sustained business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Corporate Acquisition & Onboarding

- Identify, approach, and onboard new corporate partners.

- Present the companys financial wellness products as part of employee benefit programs.

- Establish relationships with HR, Admin, Finance, and Rewards leaders.

2. Strategic Relationship Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts.

- Build and execute long-term engagement and retention strategies.

- Maintain high client satisfaction, driving renewals and referrals.

3. Employee Engagement & Product Activation

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design engagement campaigns.

- Conduct employee sessions, webinars, and financial wellness events.

- Monitor activation and adoption metrics, ensuring maximum participation.

4. Revenue & Growth Ownership

- Own usage and revenue targets for assigned clients.

- Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives within existing accounts.

- Ensure continuous value delivery and client retention.

Requirements:

- Proven B2B2C or institutional sales experience with strong relationship management skills.

- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate large organizations.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling capabilities.

- Self-starter with a growth mindset and strong sense of ownership.

- Experience in financial products (investments, insurance, lending, or wellness) preferred.
