Role Overview:

This role is central to scaling the company's corporate distribution network. As a Key Account Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and nurturing large corporate relationships to drive adoption of the company's financial wellness solutions across employee bases. You'll work closely with senior HR, Rewards, and Finance leaders, positioning the platform as a high-value employee benefit. The role blends enterprise acquisition, consultative relationship management, and on-ground employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Corporate Acquisition & Partnerships:

- Drive outreach and acquisition of new corporate accounts.

- Position the company's financial wellness solutions as part of employee benefit programs.

- Build strong entry points with HR, Admin, Rewards, and Finance stakeholders.

Relationship Management:

- Own strategic relationships with key accounts.

- Develop and execute customized engagement roadmaps for long-term success.

- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.

Employee Engagement & Adoption:

- Collaborate with marketing/product teams to create engagement initiatives.

- Conduct workshops, webinars, and financial awareness events for employees.

- Track usage and optimize adoption metrics across accounts.

Growth & Revenue Ownership:

- Deliver against product usage, revenue, and retention goals.

- Spot opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.

- Ensure continuous value delivery through proactive client engagement.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in B2B2C / institutional sales (must-have).

- Ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders across large organizations.

- Strong consultative selling, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

- Self-driven with a growth-oriented mindset and ownership approach.

- Prior exposure to financial products (investments, lending, insurance, wellness, etc.) is an added advantage.
