Role Overview
We are looking for a high-impact Key Account Manager to drive prescription-led growth in the cardiology segment. The role involves managing strategic hospital accounts, building strong relationships with leading cardiologists, and driving adoption of innovative medical devices across institutional and private healthcare setups.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-value cardiology accounts (hospitals, cath labs, cardiac centers)
- Drive prescription generation and device utilization
- Build strong relationships with cardiologists, KOLs & hospital decision-makers
- Lead commercial negotiations and institutional business
- Deliver revenue, volume & market share targets
- Collaborate with marketing, clinical & regulatory teams
- Provide structured market intelligence and maintain CRM discipline
Required Experience
- 6-10 years in medical device sales (Cardiology focus mandatory)
- Strong experience in key account & institutional sales
- Established relationships with leading cardiologists
- Experience handling tenders & commercial negotiations
