Role Overview:

- As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition through proactive hunting and strategic account development within the Mumbai and Navi Mumbai regions. This role involves identifying, engaging, and converting potential corporate clients into long-term partnerships.


- You will work closely with the sales leadership team to develop and execute sales strategies, manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients. Your efforts will directly contribute to the company's revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through targeted lead generation activities, including cold calling, networking, and market research.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new corporate clients within the assigned territory.

- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our facility management solutions.

- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target organizations.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts.

- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close new business deals in a B2B sales environment.

- Proven track record of success in key account management and corporate sales.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Strong understanding of the sales process and CRM tools.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

- Degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

- Adaptable to working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment within the Mumbai/Navi Mumbai region.
