Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible to achieve assigned regions targets. 2. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key B2B clients in the agrochemical industry. 3. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. 4. Understand the specific needs and goals of each key account and develop customized solutions to meet those needs. 5. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to key clients. 6. Monitor and manage account performance, ensuring client retention and growth. 7. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. 8. Develop and implement account-specific sales and marketing strategies to capture market share and increase revenue. 9. Maintain a deep understanding of company's portfolio and provide clients with product training and technical support as and when needed. 10. Collaborate with internal technical teams to address client inquiries and provide solutions. 11. Negotiate and manage contracts, pricing, and terms with key clients. 12. Develop accurate sales forecasts and track progress against sales targets. 13. Prepare regular reports on key account performance and provide insights for improvement. 14. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure the seamless delivery of products and services to key clients.
