Job Title: E-commerce Manager (2 to 3 Years Experience)
Location: Bangalore
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and data-driven E-commerce Manager with 23 years of experience to oversee and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will manage marketplace operations, website performance, product listings, marketing collaborations, and end-to-end e-commerce operations to drive revenue and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Online Sales & Marketplace Management:
- Manage daily operations across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.
- Ensure optimized product listings (titles, descriptions, SEO keywords, A+ content).
- Monitor and improve product rankings, buy box, conversion rate, and traffic.
- Coordinate with marketplace managers for promotions, deals, and visibility opportunities.
Website & Store Management:
- Oversee the companys e-commerce website including updates, UX improvements, banners, and pricing.
- Analyze website analytics (traffic sources, user behavior, funnels).
- Coordinate with tech/design teams for smooth site operations.
Inventory, Operations & Order Fulfillment:
- Track stock levels and coordinate replenishment with warehouse teams.
- Ensure smooth order processing, shipping, returns, and cancellations.
- Monitor logistics performance and reduce delays, RTO, and operational losses.
Digital Marketing Support:
- Work with marketing team/agencies on paid ads (Google/Facebook), SEO, affiliate marketing, and email campaigns.
- Track ROAS, CAC, and campaign performance; suggest improvements.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards: sales performance, marketplace trends, customer insights.
- Competitor analysispricing, assortment, promotions, and content.
- Identify growth opportunities and operational gaps.
Customer Experience:
- Track reviews, ratings, and feedback across channels.
- Work with support teams to improve CSAT and reduce escalations.
Required Skills:
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
- Strong understanding of Amazon/Flipkart/Shopee/Myntra seller dashboards.
- Knowledge of Shopify, WordPress/WooCommerce, or other platforms.
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Excel).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- Experience in D2C brands or fast-growing consumer companies.
