Sr. Sales

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales person with experience in cosmetic actives to expand our footprint in the India market. This role will involve engaging with cosmetic and personal care brands, third-party manufacturers (TPMs), and formulators to offer natural, functional, and trend-aligned active ingredients.


Key Responsibilities:

- Drive B2B sales of natural cosmetic actives to formulators, R&D departments, and product managers in the Indian beauty and personal care sector.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Indias fast-growing natural cosmetics and Ayurveda-inspired beauty segments.

- Support customers with technical insights, formulation guidance, and ingredient positioning.

- Conduct product presentations, workshops, and sampling trials for clients across India.

- Maintain knowledge of Indian cosmetic regulations, market trends (e.g., herbal, organic, vegan beauty), and consumer preferences.

- Collaborate with local marketing teams to support launches, promotional campaigns, and content creation.

- Prepare forecasts, maintain CRM updates, and report on KPIs.

- Understanding, aligning & executing the S&M strategy created for Natural Ingredients division.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Masters degree in related fields.

- 3-6 years of sales or technical sales experience in cosmetic ingredients, preferably in active or botanical extracts.

- Strong understanding of the Indian personal care ecosystem, from indie brands to contract manufacturers.

- Familiarity with certifications like COSMOS, Ecocert, Ayush-compliant formulations, and INCI documentation.
