Job Overview:
The Corporate Facility Management (CFM) Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation, maintenance, and management of corporate facilities to ensure a safe, functional, and sustainable work environment. This role involves strategic planning, vendor management, budget control, and leading a team to support the organization's facilities infrastructure, aligned with business goals and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement facility management strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize facility operations across multiple sites.
- Manage day-to-day operations including building maintenance, security, cleaning services, space planning, and workplace safety.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective facility maintenance and projects.
- Oversee capital expenditure and operational budgets related to facility management, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency.
- Lead and supervise facility management teams, providing training, guidance, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental regulations, and corporate policies.
- Manage emergency response and disaster recovery plans related to facilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support workplace improvements, renovations, and space utilization initiatives.
- Monitor and report on facility performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovative solutions.
- Support sustainability initiatives, including energy management, waste reduction, and green building practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in facility management or corporate services management.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and vendor management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in facility management software and budgeting tools.
Preferred:
- Experience managing multiple locations or large-scale facilities.\
