About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Assistant Manager / Manager - Digital Marketing to join our upcoming Medical Weight Loss Venture. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing within healthcare, health-tech, or weight loss domains, with a strong ability to drive impactful campaigns and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

- Manage end-to-end digital campaigns across channels such as email, social media, Google, Facebook, and display advertising.

- Track and optimize campaign performance using data and analytics.

- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to deliver engaging digital experiences.

- Provide performance reports and actionable insights using tools like Google Data Studio or Tableau.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.

- Expertise in running and optimizing Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and App Campaigns.

- Experience with user acquisition, retargeting, and funnel optimization.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and performance metrics.

- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Data Studio or Tableau is a plus.

- Working knowledge of SEO and SEM implementation.

- Experience with attribution tools like Appsflyer.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
