We are seeking an Associate Product Manager (APM) to join our team and take ownership of key parts of the product experience - from user onboarding and dashboard to coaching & retention workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Ownership

- Own the user journey from consult purchase to program onboarding, adherence, and retention.

- Manage interface development (reports, updates, action items) - (i) User dashboard (ii) Health Coach & Doctor dashboard (iii) Internal reporting dashboard

- Oversee WhatsApp-based communications (reminders, nudges, engagement flows).

- Own product requirements and implementation for Zoho CRM workflows (lead routing, coach assignments, follow-ups).

- Run website experiments to optimize performance of digital marketing campaigns

- Own feature identification and experimentation for top of funnel lead generation (app roadmap)

2. Data & Metrics:

Track and report product KPIs:

Work with tech & ops to ensure data integrity across CRM, dashboard, and WhatsApp.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work with Engineering to ship dashboard features and integrations.

- Partner with Operations to streamline medication delivery and coaching sessions.

- Collaborate with Sales/Coaching to improve consult - program conversion.

- Support Marketing with funnel insights to improve CAC efficiency.

4. User-Centric Problem Solving:

- Gather feedback from users, coaches, and doctors to identify pain points.

- Prioritise product improvements using impact vs effort analysis.

- Run small experiments (e.g., nudges, dashboard features, upsell offers) to improve conversion & retention.

What We're Looking For:

1-3 years experience in product, business analyst, or operations role (healthcare/consumer tech a plus).

- Strong understanding of funnels, retention metrics, and user engagement.

- Comfort with CRM systems (Zoho preferred), dashboards, and WhatsApp automation tools.

- Analytical mindset - ability to work with data (SQL/Excel/Looker Studio) and convert into insights.

- Strong project management skills: ability to work cross-functionally and ship features on time.

- Bias for action - comfortable in a 0- 1 startup environment where processes are still being built.

What We Offer

- Chance to build a category-defining healthtech product in India.

- Exposure to end-to-end product management (from acquisition funnel to retention).

- Fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with direct mentorship from the founding team.

- Competitive compensation with performance-linked incentives.
