- As Manager, Enterprise Data & Analytics Products, you will play a key role in delivering insights and intelligence to one or more of Kenvue Operations, Finance and Legal & HR technology and data teams through management of product development and operations portfolios.
- You will work with various Data Science & Digital Products development teams to ensure the performance and availability of data products which drive business value.
- The ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate a combination of business focus, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain logical and physical data models for application, Analytical systems and data science use cases.
- Ensure data models are scalable, flexible, and aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with Data Architects, ETL Developers, and BI Analysts to ensure alignment of models with data pipelines and reporting needs.
- Optimize data models for performance, scalability, reliability, and ease of integration.
- Document data models, data flows, and metadata for ongoing reference and governance.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and best practices for data modelling.
- Support data quality, data governance, and compliance initiatives.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into robust data models.
- Ensure data modelling best practices and standards are followed.
- Bachelor's in Engineering or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 10-14 years of business experience, with at least 8 years of experience in Data Science & Digital Solutions.
- Knowledge of AI development and architecture.
