Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Delivery Ownership:

- Own the complete delivery lifecycle for consulting and research projects.

- Convert client briefs into structured project plans with timelines and milestones.

- Track progress daily, identify risks early, and ensure timely execution.

- Coordinate across research, analytics, editorial, and consulting teams.

- Ensure alignment with project scope, delivery expectations, and quality standards.

Client Delivery & Communication:

- Serve as the single point of accountability for client communication during execution.

- Conduct structured update calls, clarify expectations, and gather feedback.

- Ensure final deliverables meet client objectives and maintain insight-driven structure.

- Realign teams based on evolving client expectations.

- Maintain strong client relations throughout the delivery cycle.

Team Leadership & Coordination:

- Lead cross-functional teams by allocating tasks and defining priorities.

- Conduct structured quality reviews on team outputs.

- Coach junior team members on problem-solving, structure, clarity, and delivery discipline.

- Resolve operational bottlenecks and maintain team momentum.

Quality Control & Strategic Oversight:

- Own the internal quality assurance process for all client-facing deliverables.

- Ensure reports, documents, and decks reflect client goals and project scope.

- Identify scope deviations early and propose corrective plans.

- Conduct final reviews before client submission.

Internal Collaboration & Process Improvement:

- Work closely with Engagement Managers, Principals, and functional leaders.

- Improve delivery workflows, SOPs, templates, and governance mechanisms.

- Share project learnings and help build organization-wide delivery capability.

- Contribute to standardization and efficiency improvements across consulting delivery.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Experience:

- 4+ years in consulting, market intelligence, or project management roles.

- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in deadline-driven environments.

- Experience owning client delivery and managing complex project workflows.

Technical & Functional Skills:

- Strong project governance and delivery management capability.

- Excellent understanding of consulting workflows and structured output creation.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision.

- Strong quality orientation and structured problem-solving.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Soft Skills & Mindset:

- High accountability and ownership from start to finish.

- Startup mindset: initiative, resilience, and adaptability.

- Leadership maturity with strong stakeholder management.
