Manager is one who is responsible for positioning Ken Research as magnetic brand, by generating targeted leads goals, best practice adoption, building relationship with media agencies, marketing budget management, planning of process, system and structure (PSS), ensuring most effective marketing strategies are adopted as per the need, desire and pain points of the customers. The role of Marketing Manager would be to be the single point of Contact for all the marketing, branding and lead generation activities. Responsibility Deliverables: - Lead Generation activities to be carried out keeping in mind spends, quality and quantity - Performance Marketing activities to be carried out, manage campaign budget - Coordinate with the content writers and Digital Marketing Agency for Branding activities for the company. - Manage the organization website - Handle the relevant Social media Channels - Handle branding activities and content creation Tasks & Activities: 1. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing: - Understand the revenue and customer goals of the sales team and plan a Performance Marketing Strategy - Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry - Manage the ad campaigns - Plan, allocate and monitor campaign budgets - Provide accurate reports on our marketing campaigns overall performance - Course correct: Plan and execute new campaigns and integrate it with CRM - Coordinate with the Presales/sales team and take feedback on the marketing efforts. - Strive to increase Traffic through the website through SEO and other activities - Work and manage your team of SEO members and content writers to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies 2. Website Development & Maintenance - Work closely with the SEO team and content writers to develop an effective and aesthetic website relaunch - Responsible for the maintenance of the website - Develop new landing pages based on new projects - Manage and update content like blogs, videos, special features on the website on a regular basis - Evaluate important metrics that affect the website traffic, and target audience 3. Social Media - Have Presence on all the relevant social media platforms - Maintaining Weekly, Fortnightly & Monthly reports of Campaign KPI & ROI To have a Monthly review meetings - Regularly post content on relevant Social Media Platforms - Keeping posting content regularly as per the calendar on various social media platforms on a regular basis and engage with the users - Increase user interaction from different targeted geographies 4. Content Creation and Distribution - Develop the 4D (Determine, Define, Decode and Develop) Marketing framework - Constantly develop new content - Coordinate with content writers to develop and distribute content through website, WhatsApp, Social Media platforms etc.
