
Description:
Talent Acquisition Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and execute robust recruiting strategies to meet current and future workforce needs.
- Work closely with leadership teams to understand manpower requirements, skill demands, and organizational goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets and process excellence.
- Establish and track TA metrics such as TAT, quality of hire, position closure rate, and pipeline strength.
End-to-End Recruitment Management:
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Drive mass hiring, niche hiring, and leadership hiring based on business needs.
- Ensure timely, high-quality staffing across departments including technical and non-technical roles.
- Oversee candidate communication, offer negotiation, onboarding planning, and joining follow-ups.
Sourcing & Market Intelligence:
- Build strong talent pipelines using multiple channels: job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and campus hiring.
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies including headhunting and market mapping.
- Maintain insights into industry trends, competitor hiring patterns, and salary benchmarks.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:
- Strengthen the organizations talent brand through effective communication and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and campus engagement programs.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with department heads and hiring managers to define job requirements, skill sets, and hiring priorities.
- Conduct alignment meetings to ensure clarity on expectations, candidate profiles, and interview structures.
- Provide weekly/ monthly recruitment dashboards, MIS reports, and hiring updates to senior management.
Process Optimization & Compliance:
- Implement and refine recruitment processes, tools, and best practices for scalability and efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with organizational policies, HR standards, and legal requirements.
- Manage and optimize ATS systems, vendor partnerships, and recruitment budgets.
Onboarding & Workforce Planning Support:
- Coordinate with HR operations for smooth onboarding, documentation, and induction planning.
- Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent forecasting activities.
- Continuously improve new hire integration and early employee lifecycle experience.
- Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or senior recruiter role.
- Proven experience in managing diverse hiring needs across junior, mid-level, and leadership roles.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of hiring tools, ATS systems, job boards, and sourcing technologies.
- Expertise in modern recruitment techniques including social recruiting, Boolean search, and market mapping.
- Familiarity with HR analytics, compensation structures, and talent forecasting.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- High sense of urgency, attention to detail, and problem-solving capability.
