Kemar Automation is looking for a dynamic, energetic and execution-driven VP / Head of HR to lead our complete HR function as we enter our next phase of growth.

What we are looking for:

- 10+ years of progressive HR experience.

- Experience managing 200+ employees.

- Must have worked in a Software Delivery, Technology, Industrial Automation, System Integration or Project-based organization.

- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, L&D, Compensation and Compliance.

- Bbuild a performance-driven and accountable culture.

- Managing multi-location/project-based workforce.

- Managing leadership hiring, succession planning and organizational development capabilities.

- Hands-on, highly energetic and comfortable working in a fast-growing entrepreneurial environment.

The Role:

This is not just an HR administration position. We are looking for a leader who can build, transform and drive the entire HR function, partner closely with senior management, motivate teams and create scalable people processes for a growing organization.
