Business Analyst - Industrial Automation & Digital Solutions (5-10 yrs)

Job Description:

Kemar Automation is looking for a Business Analyst with a strong combination of business understanding, technical capabilities and customer-facing skills. The candidate will work closely with customers and internal teams from requirement gathering and POC through project implementation and Go-Live.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand customer processes, challenges and business requirements.

- Prepare BRD/FRD, process flows and functional specifications.

- Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements.

- Drive POCs, demonstrations, UAT and project implementation.

- Coordinate with Sales, Presales, Development and Project teams.

- Work directly with customers throughout the project lifecycle.

- Support solutions involving RFID, IoT, AI/Vision, Automation, WMS/YMS/TMS and ERP/SAP integrations.

Candidate Profile:

- 3-6 years of relevant BA / Functional experience.

- Strong business orientation with good technical understanding.

- Excellent customer interaction, communication and presentation skills.

- Hands-on, solution-oriented and capable of taking ownership.

- Comfortable with travel, customer sites and challenging industrial/project environments.

- Preferred: Experience in Industrial Automation, Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehousing or Enterprise Software Solutions.
