ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for an experienced Performance Management Expert to design, implement, and manage our Performance Management System (PMS). The role is critical in driving a performance driven culture by aligning individual and departmental goals with organizational objectives through data-backed insights and structured frameworks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and define performance parameters for various functions and processes.
- Align performance metrics with organizational goals.
- Analyze employee and departmental performance data.
- Prepare and present monthly & quarterly statistical performance reports.
- Plan and implement an effective performance measurement framework.
- Design, review, and improve performance management policies.
- Drive continuous improvement in employee performance and productivity.
PREFERED SKILLS:
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in a Performance Management role.
- Advanced spreadsheet & data analysis skills.
- Strong documentation and report-writing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION:
- Graduate: Any discipline (mandatory).
- Postgraduate: MBA in Human Resource Management.
