Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, feedback management, and offer closure.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing using job boards, social media, and networking.
- Maintain accurate data in Hiring dashboards.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with HR team members to support employer branding initiatives.
- Contribute to onboarding and new joiner integration planning.
- Over time, take on broader HR responsibilities including employee engagement, performance management support, and policy implementation.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 3-6 years of experience in recruitment; prior exposure to full-cycle hiring preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders across levels.
- A learning mindset and interest in evolving into a strategic HRBP role in the future.
