Role Summary:

- The Head of Finance will play a critical role in leading Kazam's financial strategy and operations.

- This role involves managing financial planning, analysis, and reporting while ensuring compliance and efficiency.

- The ideal candidate will bring deep financial expertise, strategic thinking, and strong leadership to support Kazam's ambitious growth objectives in the fast-evolving EV industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive the company's financial strategy, planning, and budgeting processes.

- Develop and implement financial models to support business expansion and funding initiatives.

- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, tax planning, and compliance.

- Manage cash flow, treasury, and capital allocation effectively.

- Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

- Develop and maintain relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions.

- Lead due diligence and financial analysis.

- Optimize financial processes and implement robust financial controls.

- Mentor and develop the finance team, promoting a culture of high performance.

Qualifications and Experience:

- CA in Finance or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in the EV, technology, or related sectors.

- Proven track record in financial management, fundraising, and financial modeling.

- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and investment analysis.

- Experience in scaling businesses and working with venture capital or private equity.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

- Proficiency in advanced financial management software and tools.
