- You'll ensure they achieve their business goals using Kazam's solutions - from smooth onboarding to measurable ROI.

- This role blends relationship management, strategic consulting, and problem-solving to help customers succeed and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the end-to-end post-sales journey for enterprise clients.

- Lead onboarding, product training, and adoption strategies tailored to each client's market and goals.

- Act as a strategic advisor - understanding client needs, anticipating challenges, and proactively offering solutions.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and integration teams to deliver impactful outcomes.

- Monitor account health, usage metrics, and satisfaction to drive retention and expansion.

- Conduct quarterly business reviews showcasing value delivered.

- Keep clients engaged with product innovations and best practices.

Requirements:

- 4+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting (preferably in SaaS, mobility, or clean-tech).

- Proven ability to manage enterprise relationships across geographies.

- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

- Ability to explain technical concepts (APIs, integrations) to non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience working with CRM and analytics tools.

- Bonus: Exposure to EV charging, mobility, or sustainability sectors.
