Sales & Marketing Strategist:

We are seeking a seasoned Sales & Marketing Strategist to join our dynamic team at Kay Bee Bio Organics Pvt. Ltd.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and market share.

Strategic Planning:

- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company's objectives.

- Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, competitors, and internal capabilities to identify strategic opportunities.

Sales Management:

- Oversee the sales team and provide guidance to achieve sales targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Process Setting:

- Define and optimize organizational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

- Implement document control procedures to manage revisions, approvals, and distribution.

Process Standardization:

- Establish standardized processes and workflows across departments to drive consistency and quality.

- Identify opportunities for automation and optimization of processes to reduce cycle times and minimize errors.

- Provide training and support to employees to ensure adherence to standardized processes.

Marketing Campaigns:

- Create and execute innovative marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and market presence.

- Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to reach target audiences.

Product Positioning:

- Work closely with the product development team to understand product offerings and effectively position them in the market.

- Identify opportunities for product improvement or expansion based on market feedback.

Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, finance, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.

- MBA in Sales & Marketing or related field.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

- Prior experience in the bio-organic or agricultural industry is a plus.
