Role Description:


This is a full-time, on-site Senior Manager Ecommerce role based in Pune.

- The Senior Manager Ecommerce will oversee and drive e-commerce sales strategies, manage online sales channels, and optimize marketing initiatives for increased customer engagement.

- Responsibilities include analyzing data to improve performance, ensuring seamless user experiences across platforms, and aligning e-commerce strategies with broader business goals.

- The individual will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams to execute campaigns and promote product visibility effectively.


- Manage and scale business across Amazon (Seller & Vendor Central), Flipkart, Quick Commerce, and other platforms.


- Handle account health, policy compliance, listing quality, suppression issues, and escalations.


- Lead onboarding and expansion on new platforms and manage relationships with category managers and platform partners.


- Negotiate better commission structures, visibility, brand placements, and event participation.


- Ensure high-quality product listings, A+ content, images, videos, and brand stores.


- Maintain consistent brand positioning, messaging, and compliance across all platforms.


- Improve customer experience through better content, ratings, reviews, and feedback management.


- Own end-to-end marketplace advertising strategy (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Sponsored Brands, DSP where applicable).


- Optimize budgets, keywords, search terms, and creatives to improve sales efficiency and scale.


- Work closely with performance marketing teams to align SEO, PPC, and social media efforts with business goals.


- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and repeat purchase through offers, subscriptions, and loyalty initiatives.


Qualifications:


- Proficiency in E-Commerce management, Sales processes, and strategies for driving online revenue.


- Experience: 8 to 10 years in e-commerce sales, marketplace management, or D2C growth roles.


- Strong expertise in Amazon, Flipkart, Vendor Central, and performance marketing.


- Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data and making evidence-based decisions.


- Effective Communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.


- Experience in Digital Marketing and E-Commerce tools.


- Leadership abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.


- Previous experience in agricultural, FMCG, or organic product industries is a plus
