Since 2015, KFIA has advised on over Rs 700cr of Foreign Portfolio Investments and is currently working on multiple transactions aggregating over Rs 1200 crore in the real estate sector. KFIA is managing an Alternative Investment Fund comprising international institutional investors. KFIA has offices in Delhi and Mumbai and has a team of over 25 professionals consisting of Engineers, Architects, Chartered Accountants and MBA's. The Firm's Operating Committee comprises professionals with deep bench experience and select senior professionals are acknowledged practitioners in their respective fields. The Fund is currently in the midst of documentation on multiple transactions. As a result of business growth, the Firm is looking to interview individuals with the following background: Job Description: - Investor relations and reporting including fund performance evaluation - Consolidation of business verticals and financial reporting - Interaction with ecosystem stakeholders including portfolio companies - Valuation of Units, NAV Calculations, Distributions - Local tax reporting and regulatory compliance - Prepare and file local statutory accounts; coordinate with the external and internal auditor - Manage treasury function and where require provides assistance to clients - Handling complex data management system - Coordinate with overseas based accounting software development team - The role includes all aspects of financial management and control, managing the accounting and ERP system, direct and indirect taxation, monthly and quarterly reporting Job Requirement: - CA (ICAI or CPA) with 8-12 years of relevant work experience in accounting and finance, preferably Big4 background - Strong analytical and good communication skills - ability to synthesize information and create clear and coherent presentations - Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent attention to detail
