Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned product engineering leader to drive the end-to-end design, delivery, and scaling of our enterprise SaaS platforms. This is a strategic leadership position where youll partner with business heads, product managers, and clients to shape the product roadmap and ensure seamless execution - balancing technical depth with business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering team focused on delivering business-critical SaaS solutions.

- Own the product development lifecycle from architecture and design to release management and continuous improvement.

- Partner with product and business teams to translate customer requirements into scalable, revenue-impacting solutions.

- Architect and implement cloud-native, secure, and multi-tenant platforms capable of supporting a rapidly growing global user base.

- Establish engineering best practices, DevOps pipelines, and governance frameworks that enable faster time-to-market.

- Drive innovation in platform scalability, performance optimization, and customer experience.

- Represent engineering in leadership forums and communicate complex technology decisions to non-technical stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications:

- 15+ years of experience in building, scaling, and managing enterprise SaaS or B2B technology platforms.

- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering mission-critical software products.

- Strong understanding of end-to-end product engineering including front-end, back-end, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and security.

- Hands-on exposure to technologies such as .NET, JavaScript, SQL, and Azure (or equivalent cloud platforms).

- Experience in multi-tenant architecture, product scalability, and application performance at scale.

- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic communication skills.
