Job Title: Manager - People & Culture

Experience: 2-4 Years

Role Summary:

The Manager - People & Culture will act as a strategic HR Business Partner, working closely with business leaders and managers to align people initiatives with organizational goals. The role focuses on building a strong culture, driving employee engagement, and implementing HR practices that support business performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives

- Drive people-related initiatives that enhance performance, engagement, and culture

- Collaborate with regional Talent Acquisition, Operations, and HR CoEs to implement HR programs

- Support workforce planning, performance management, and talent development initiatives

- Enable managers with HR guidance on employee lifecycle, engagement, and performance matters

- Promote and strengthen a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture

- Support change management initiatives aligned with evolving business needs

- Ensure effective communication and execution of HR policies and processes

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

- Alignment of people strategies with business goals

- Improvement in employee engagement and cultural effectiveness

- Successful implementation of HR initiatives across functions

- Manager effectiveness through timely HR support and guidance

- Smooth execution of talent, performance, and engagement programs

- Contribution to a collaborative and empowered work environment

Required Skillsets:

- Strong HR Business Partnering and stakeholder management skills

- Knowledge of HR practices across employee lifecycle management

- Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

- Understanding of organizational culture and employee engagement frameworks

- Analytical mindset with ability to translate people data into insights

- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and evolving business environment

Preferred Qualifications:

- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- Experience working in a dynamic, growth-oriented organization
