What Youll Do

Strategic Talent Partnering

- Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to design hiring roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.

- Provide market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and insights to influence talent strategy.

End-to-End Leadership in Recruitment

- Own the complete recruitment lifecycle across technology, product, business, and operations functions.

- Drive structured hiring processes that ensure quality, fairness, and speed of execution.

Advanced Sourcing & Talent Pipelining

- Leverage Boolean search, headhunting, networking, and passive candidate engagement to identify high-caliber talent.

- Build long-term talent communities and succession pipelines for critical roles.

Candidate Experience & Employer Branding

- Serve as the face of Karbons talent brand, ensuring candidates experience a high-touch, transparent, and engaging process.

- Partner with marketing/HR to execute employer branding campaigns, thought-leadership content, and hiring events.

Data-Driven Recruitment

- Track and analyze hiring metrics: time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, quality-of-hire, diversity mix, and cost-per-hire.

- Use data insights to continuously optimize sourcing channels and recruitment ROI.

Operational Excellence

- Implement and manage ATS/HRMS workflows to drive efficiency, compliance, and scalability.

- Standardize interview frameworks, feedback mechanisms, and evaluation rubrics.

Onboarding & Retention Alignment

- Partner with HRBPs to ensure seamless onboarding, early engagement, and high retention of new hires.

What Were Looking For

- Experience: 4-6 years in end-to-end talent acquisition, preferably with exposure to high-growth startups, fintech, or technology-driven organizations.

- Strong expertise in sourcing niche talent, market mapping, and building scalable pipelines.

- Proven track record in hiring across senior and specialized roles, with a focus on quality and culture fit.

- Exceptional stakeholder management, consultative influencing, and communication skills.

- Deep understanding of recruitment analytics, employer branding, and candidate engagement strategies.

- Familiarity with leading ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Darwinbox, etc.) and data dashboards.

- Ability to operate with ownership, agility, and strategic foresight in a dynamic environment.
