About The Role

Were looking for an HR Operations Specialist with 3-4 years of experience who can own, streamline, and enhance HR processes at Karbon. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, compliance, and operational excellence while contributing to a great employee experience.


What Youll Do

- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle operations: onboarding, documentation, exits, and record-keeping.


- Own HR data management: maintain HRIS, employee records, and ensure data accuracy.

- Handle end to end payroll, leave and attendance management, and benefits administration.

- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and audit requirements.

- Draft and manage HR letters, contracts, and other employee documentation.

- Support performance management processes and policy implementations.


- Partner with HR team on employee engagement initiatives and process improvements.

- Be the first point of contact for employee queries on HR policies, processes, and benefits.


What Were Looking For


- 3-4 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist roles, preferably in startups or fast paced environments.

- Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and payroll basics.


- Proficiency in HRIS tools and MS Excel/Google Sheets.

- Attention to detail, process-oriented, and organized.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.


Nice-to-Have Skills

- Exposure to HR analytics and reporting.

- Experience with HR automation tools.

- MBA in a related field.
