
About the Role
Karban is looking for a driven and highly accountable professional to join the Founders' Office - Tech & Product team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, product, operations, and business problem-solving.
You will work closely with the founders and leadership team to drive key projects related to digital transformation, product improvement, process automation, internal systems, customer experience, and business efficiency. The role requires strong ownership, structured thinking, and the ability to independently move projects from idea to execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Tech & Product Initiatives
- Work closely with the founders to identify, plan, and execute technology and product-related projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/developers to build, improve, or implement digital tools.
- Support product enhancement initiatives by collecting user feedback, identifying gaps, and converting insights into actionable requirements.
- Assist in defining product workflows, dashboards, automation requirements, and system improvements.
2. Digital Transformation & Process Improvement
- Identify manual, inefficient, or broken processes across departments and propose practical digital solutions.
- Drive implementation of internal systems, automation tools, reporting dashboards, and workflow improvements.
- Help teams adopt new tools and ensure smooth execution of digital transformation initiatives.
- Track project progress, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure timely completion of assigned initiatives.
3. Problem Solving & Execution
- Take ownership of strategic and operational problems assigned by the founders.
- Break down complex issues into clear action plans, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
- Work independently across teams to gather data, diagnose problems, and implement solutions.
- Follow through on commitments and ensure projects are not left incomplete.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with sales, customer support, operations, manufacturing, finance, HR, and product teams to understand business needs.
- Translate business requirements into clear briefs for tech/product execution.
- Coordinate meetings, reviews, documentation, and follow-ups for key projects.
- Build strong internal relationships to ensure smooth project delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-2 years of industry experience in product, operations, business analytics, project management, consulting, startup operations, or a similar role.
- Strong interest in technology, product development, digital systems, and business process improvement.
- Ability to take high ownership and drive projects independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and structured thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with data, dashboards, workflow tools, and basic product documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage follow-ups rigorously.
- High accountability, attention to detail, and bias for execution.
