Karadi Path Education - Manager/Senior Manager - Fund Raising & Partnerships - B2B Social Impact Programmes

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive funding partnerships through CSR, government initiatives, foundations, and institutional donors.

- Explore and pursue new funding opportunities via events, networks, and digital platforms.

- Build and nurture strategic relationships with government departments, corporates, NGOs, CSR consultants, and partner organizations.

- Represent the organization in stakeholder meetings, project reviews, and industry forums.

- Lead the preparation of grant proposals, project plans, budgets, and detailed concept notes (mandatory).

- Collaborate with internal teams to design impactful education solutions tailored to partner needs.

- Develop high-quality reports, impact summaries, and presentations for donors and internal stakeholders.

- Analyze project and partner data to track progress and optimize outreach strategies.

- Travel extensively across urban and rural India to oversee program implementation, partner engagement, and relationship management.

Requirements:

- Postgraduate degree (MBA or equivalent) in any related field.

- 8-10 years of demonstrated experience in CSR fundraising, government project management, or stakeholder partnerships.

- Proficient in MS Office Suite and tools for data analysis and project tracking.

- High sense of ownership, ability to multitask, and independently manage reporting and documentation.

- Willingness to travel frequently across the country for project and stakeholder engagement.
