Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with school owners, principals, and academic heads.

- Identify and engage with potential private school clients through outreach, meetings, and field visits.

- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to key stakeholders.

- Manage the full B2B sales cycle, negotiation and deal closure.

- Work closely with internal teams (product, operations, training) to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sale support.

- Maintain an active sales pipeline; track performance metrics, competitor activity, and market insights.

- Travel extensively within the assigned region to meet schools and attend education-related events or conferences.

Requirements:

- Graduate degree is required; MBA or postgraduate qualification in Education/EdTech preferred.

- Minimum 6 years of experience in B2B sales to private schools or educational institutions.

- Proven network and strong connects with private schools in the assigned city or region.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Self-starter with a strong field sales orientation and willingness to travel regularly.
