We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Leader (DGM/GM) to spearhead growth across North & West India or Pan-India. This leadership role involves driving institutional sales, scaling school partnerships, mentoring sales teams, and executing on business strategies to meet aggressive growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage regional sales operations, ensuring achievement of revenue and growth targets.
- Build, develop, and mentor high-performing field sales teams across geographies.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with private school stakeholders, including school owners, principals, and academic leaders.
- Drive end-to-end institutional sales: presentations, negotiations, closures, and renewals.
- Collaborate with implementation, training, and operations teams to ensure successful program delivery.
- Analyze market trends, forecast sales performance, and take data-driven corrective actions.
- Represent the organization at education events, conferences, and strategic meetings.
- Travel extensively across assigned regions to build partnerships and monitor field performance.
Requirements:
- Graduate or MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in institutional sales, with proven success in regional or national leadership roles.
- Demonstrated experience in K-12 private school sales is essential; EdTech experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and comfortable using BI and AI-based platforms.
- Deep understanding of regional school market dynamics and customer behavior.
