We are looking for a high-performing Area Sales Manager / Deputy Regional Manager to drive sales growth in the Bengaluru region. The role is ideal for a dynamic and self-motivated sales professional with a proven track record in the education sector. You will lead business development efforts, onboard new schools, manage and mentor regional sales teams, and develop strategies to expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new schools into the Karadi Path ecosystem.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of sales Team across assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, academic leaders, and key decision-makers.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business development strategies.
- Oversee regional promotional campaigns and events.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through continuous engagement and support.
- Provide regular reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
- Proven experience in regional or area sales management, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships at the institutional level.
- Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region as needed.
