Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement inbound and outbound demand gen strategies and campaigns to drive lead generation. 2. Manage email marketing campaigns, including messaging, list segmentation, and A/B testing to optimize performance. 3. Craft SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic. 4. Plan and oversee paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn and Google Ads, including budget management and performance analysis. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales goals. 6. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. 7. Ensure optimum utilization of automation to drive process efficiencies across marketing processes 8. Define tech stack requirements and ensure effective adoption of marketing tools to standardize and optimize processes 9. Manage campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements. 10.Monitor and report on campaign results, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. 11.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to keep our digital marketing efforts innovative and effective. Qualifications: - Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - 8-15 years of experience in demand generation, with a focus on B2B SaaS or software products - Proven track record of successful email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising campaigns. - Experience managing campaigns across multiple regions, including APAC, SEA, EMEA, and the US. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions. - Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM software, and digital advertising platforms. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-drive
