About the Role

Were looking for a sharp, curious, and high-energy individual to work closely with the CEO on high-impact projects and strategic priorities. Youll collaborate directly with the leadership team, drive cross-functional initiatives, and play a key role in shaping the next phase of our journey.

What Youll Do

- Work directly with senior leadership on strategic initiatives across product, growth, and client success

- Lead and manage cross-functional projects across product, operations, and customer success

- Work closely with enterprise clients and internal teams to drive initiatives from 0 to 1

- Drive cross-functional projects with sales product, Support and operations teams

- Identify and solve high-leverage problems with speed, clarity, and ownership

- Conduct deep research, analysis, and competitive benchmarking to support decision-making

What Were Looking For

- 3 - 7 years of experience in consulting, startups, VC, or strategic roles

- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

- High ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive outcomes

- Comfortable working closely with senior leaders and managing multiple priorities

- Bonus: Interest or experience in SaaS, AI, or customer experience domains
