We are hiring for Director - L&D with overall 10+ years experience in diversified training leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving and implementing aggressive revenue growth. This position will work collaboratively with the executive team and department leaders to develop and execute organizational objectives, strategies, and programs to achieve market dominance. Responsibilities : - Develop comprehensive sales training programs that cover product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling, and customer relationship management. - Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training materials are accurate and up-to-date. - Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for new hires as well as ongoing training for existing sales team members. - Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to sales representatives to improve their sales performance and skills. - Assess training needs and develop customized training plans to address skill gaps. - Utilize various training methods, including workshops, role-playing, simulations, and e-learning modules. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements. - Stay updated on industry trends, sales techniques, and best practices to incorporate into training programs. - Collaborate with sales managers to align training with business goals and objectives. - Assist in the onboarding process for new sales hires by delivering orientation sessions. - Create and maintain training materials, presentations, and resources. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). - Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role in a sales-driven organization. - Strong understanding of sales techniques, processes, and customer relationship management. - Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to connect with sales team members and create a positive learning environment. - Experience with training methodologies, curriculum development - The results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets. - High energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for continuous learning. - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving sales environment. - Relevant certifications in sales training (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Trainer) are a plus
